  I have been working on a terrarium for some time now (taking longer due to hectic work schedule) and I have practically ordered 75% of the things i required online from Josh's frogs. I recently received some live plants and unfortunately they may have been damaged during shipping or due to the cold weather but after speaking with a representative they are going to resend the plants that were damaged. I am a understanding guy and know that things happen. Couldn't be happier

  I see a lot of people with negative reviews here. From my experience, Josh's Frogs is a great company. I cannot speak on behalf of the 1 Starer's. But communication went well and my packages were 100% accurate. I also ordered well over 40 items for just my first time. I've ordered from them three times now, and not a single problem. Some people just don't take correct precautions or time to figure things out. So they are good to go. Will buy from them in the future again.
