  This is my third time being a best man in a wedding. I have never had such down to the wire service. I was called at 4:30 on Wednesday and told my tux was in. They close at 5. That leaves me 1 day to pick up my tux, with rehearsal and everything else. I have no idea what they do when there is something wrong.
  The staff was very short and unpleasant the first time I was there. You would've thought I was asking for a kidney to get measured for everything.
  Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend Jay's to anyone!!! Do yourself a favor and find anywhere but here!!!!!!!!!!!!
