  As someone who works for a different store, there were a few things that were quite appalling. For starters there was someones phone sitting on the dough station, thats disgusting. Someone puts there ear on that and commonly puts there fingers on it. Secondly there was a TON of cross contamination on the make line, toppings inside of toppings, gross. On top of that the place was absolutely filthy along with being disorganized. Not to mention the pizza was ugly and the topping placement was all over the place. Redeemable factors being good customer service and very good load times.
